At Ollie & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we cannot accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please provide:
✔️ Your order number
✔️ A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
✔️ A brief description of the issue
Refunds & Replacements
Once we verify your claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
✅ Replacement: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a new one at no extra cost.
✅ Refund: If the product is unavailable, we can issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.
Non-Refundable Items
❌ Opened or partially consumed candy
❌ Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
❌ Orders reported after 7 days of delivery
