5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • However, we cannot guarantee that candy will not melt in transit. Consider choosing Express Shipping for heat-sensitive items.

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once your package is shipped, we cannot make changes.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue.
